In the first shipment, we were not provided with a tracking number, nor were we informed that it had been sent. The courier company notified them, but they did not inform us until the material had already been returned to China. We paid for a second shipment, which arrived on time thanks to the fact that we received the tracking number. However, the compressors were very poorly protected; they arrived damaged, dented, and leaking oil all over the box. As a result, the compressors were unusable after we had paid for the shipping costs again. They wanted to resend the compressors, but this time without oil and requiring us to pay for shipping a third time. Because of this, we will never order from this website or company again.
